Individual Therapy
Therapy is a space to come into deeper contact with yourself—your patterns, your longings, your internal signals. Together, we slow things down and tune into the ways your thoughts, emotions, and body are communicating. I’m less interested in fixing what’s “wrong” and more interested in what’s trying to happen through the symptoms, struggles, or stuck places you’re experiencing. My work is present-focused and relational, while also holding space for how your history has shaped you. We listen for what wants to shift—and how you want to live.
Couples Therapy
Relationships can be our greatest source of connection—and our greatest source of pain. In couples therapy, I work with partners who are feeling stuck in patterns of disconnection, tension, or misunderstanding. I support people in understanding each other not just intellectually, but emotionally and somatically. We work in the present moment to build trust, navigate conflict, and create more space for connection, safety, and choice.
Coaching
Coaching offers a dynamic space to clarify what matters to you, identify what’s getting in the way, and step into new possibilities. Whether you’re navigating a personal or professional transition, exploring leadership, or feeling the pull toward a more meaningful life, coaching provides structured support with room for depth. Unlike therapy, coaching is less focused on addressing the past and more focused on engaging the present and shaping the future. My approach blends embodiment with practical support—so you’re not just thinking your way forward, you’re living it moment to moment.
